            The Local Government of San Fernando and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Camarines Sur take pride in an initiative to gather all Municipal Elective Officials, headed by Hon. Eugenio E. Lagasca, Jr, Municipal Mayor and Hon. Leopoldo C.
